Preheat oven at 425°F.
Mix cooked sushi rice with rice seasoning and seasoned rice vinegar. Add rice to the bottom of 9 X 9 pan. Press.
Mix crab and scallop fillings with imitation crab, scallops, Japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, cilantro and lemon juice. Then add all the crab and scallop fillings on top.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden on top.
Drizzle with the spicy mayo and enjoy
