Steak Udon

Ingredients
1 piece of sirloin steak 400g
6 udons
1 onion, sliced
1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
Marinade
2 tsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp water
Instructions
Marinade beef with Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic and sugar for 30 minutes.
Cook udon according to the instruction and drain.
Mix sauce and set aside
Heat a wok and add oil. Cook onion for couple minutes and then add beef. Stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add cooked udon and sauce. Mix well.
