Squid Game Cookie (Dalgona)

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • Pinches Baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Melt sugar in a small pan and stir constantly.  I keep the pan on and off the heat because I don’t want to burn the sugar.
  • Turn off the heat and add pinches of baking soda into the melted sugar.  Stir until the baking soda is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture onto a silicone mat
  • Let it cool down a little bit and stamp with a cookie cutter.
