Boneless pork shoulders

Yellow mustard
salt & pepper
Instructions
Cover the pork shoulders with yellow mustard and season with salt and pepper.
BBQ in a smoker for 11 hours at 250F.
Wrap in foil and rest for 2 hours in a cooler.
Then use two forks to shred the meat.
