Sprinkle gelatin powder with 3 tbsp of water.
Add cream, milk and sugar to a pan and bring it to boil.
Add gelatin mixture and pandan extract into the boiling cream, cook and stir for 1 minute or until completely dissolved.
Pour cream mixture into 4 ramekins. Leave to cool, when cooled, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until set.
To remove panna cotta from ramekin, dip ramekin into hot water for 5 seconds. Invert onto a plate. Carefully remove the ramekin.
