Pan-Fried Pork Belly

Ingredients
300 grams sliced pork belly
Vermicelli
Perilla leave
Marinade
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sake
Sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sake
2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp sugar
Instructions
Marinate sliced pork with ginger, salt and sake.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté pork. Remove the pork. Add sauce.
Serve with vermicelli, perilla leaves and sauce.
