Ingredients
1 shot glass of sake
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp mirin
Few drops of sriracha
2 oysters
1 uni
Few slices of lime
1 tbsp Ikura
Instructions
Shuck oysters
Add sake, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin and sriracha in a champagne flute.
Add oysters, uni, lime and ikura into the champagne flute.
