Oven Baked Salmon Tortilla

Ingredients
4 Tortilla wraps
½ cup salmon (break apart the salmon)
8 eggs
½ cup red onion, diced
1 tomato, diced
½ cup brie, cubed
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350°F.
Brush the non-stick pan with oil, arrange tortilla on the pan. Add tomato, salmon, red onion, brie and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the eggs set.
