shucked

japanese mayonnaise

miso paste

cilantro

sriracha sauce

lemon juice
Instructions
Shuck oysters, reserving bottom shell
Mix mayonnaise, mirin, miso paste, cilantro, sriracha sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Top each oyster with 1 tbsp of the mixture.
Bake, uncovered at 450°F for about 6 to 8 min
