Marinate ground pork with the following for 15 minutes:
2tspsoy sauce
1tspgingerminced
2tspChinese cooking wine
Instructions
Heat oil and add garlic, green onion and ginger to a wok. Then add ground pork and chili bean sauce, cook for few minutes. Then add water, Chinese cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, tofu and cook for few minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water. Gently stir to the tofu to thicken the sauce.
Garnish with green onion and some Sichuan peppercorn powder.
