Combine salsa ingredients and set aside
Mix pulled pork with rhubarb jam or BBQ sauce
Pan fry each tortilla individually until they are crispy.
Spread the refried bean and pulled pork over each tortilla.
Fry two eggs in a small skillet, fry carefully without breaking the yolk. Place the egg on top of the prepared tortilla.
Decorate the plate with salsa. Dash chipotle on the salsa
