Remove stems
Place a small cutter or a paring knife into the top to remove the white part (Core).
Mix mascarpone cheese with honey. Transfer mascarpone mixture to a piping bag.
Pipe mascarpone mixture into to the strawberries.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Dip piped strawberries with chocolate. Set strawberries on the parchment paper. Put them in a fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
