Chive Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rice paper wrap
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp chive, chopped
  • 3 slices cooked bacon

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey, melted
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp spicy chilli crisp Lao Gan Ma 老干媽 

Instructions
 

  • Mix egg with fish sauce and chive
  • Put rice paper in a non stick pan with medium high heat.  Add the egg mixture on top of the rice paper and spread it evenly.  Add cooked bacon and fold rice paper in half.
  • Pan Fried both sides until they both are golden brown.  
  • Mix sauce.
