Chicken with Brandy Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 8 pieces chicken thigh
  • 1/3 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 6 sage leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp flour with 2 tbsp water to thicken the sauce

Chicken Marinade

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  • Brown chicken on both size, remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add brandy and deglaze the pan, then add orange juice and dijon mustard, bring it to a boil.  
  • Return chicken to the pan and make sure they are fully cooked.  Add flour mixture to thicken the sauce.
