Chicken Pita Wrap

Ingredients
1.5 lb chicken thigh, diced
1 tbsp dried oregano
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Tzatziki sauce
1 cup greek yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 small cucumber, julienne
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Greek Salad
3 cups tomato
3 cups bell pepper
3 cups cucumber
1/2 tbsp dry oregano
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
Cut chicken thigh into small cubes.
Marinate chicken with oregano, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Once they are mixed, add olive oil. Marinate for 1 hour.
Pan fried chicken until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 155ºF.
Tzatziki sauce
mix all ingredients and set aside.
Greek Salad
mix all ingredients and set aside.
