Chicken Pita Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb chicken thigh, diced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Tzatziki sauce

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 small cucumber, julienne
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Greek Salad

  • 3 cups tomato
  • 3 cups bell pepper
  • 3 cups cucumber
  • 1/2 tbsp dry oregano
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken thigh into small cubes.
  • Marinate chicken with oregano, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.  Once they are mixed, add olive oil.  Marinate for 1 hour.
  • Pan fried chicken until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 155ºF.

Tzatziki sauce

  • mix all ingredients and set aside.

Greek Salad

  • mix all ingredients and set aside.
