Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 package prerolled pastry
  • 12 eggs
  • 4 pieces ham thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1.5 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Arrange bacon into a weaving pattern.
  • Line a square pan with parchment paper. Roll puff pastry into the square pan.  Wisk the eggs, cream, ham, cilantro, cheese and hot sauce together.  Pour into the puff pastry shell.  
  • Line weaved bacon in a baking tray. Bake bacon and puff pastry with eggs for 20 minutes.
  • Then lift the bacon and put in on top of the eggs.  Bake for another 20 minutes or until the center is completely set.  Rest for 10 minutes and serve.
