Barley Pandan Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pot barley
  • 5 to 6 cups water
  • 5 Pandan leaf
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Rock sugar, adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse barley
  • Boil barley, pandan leaf and rock sugar, simmer for 40 minutes.
  • Remove pandan leaves and add lemon juice.
