Cook quinoa according to the instruction.
In a pan, cook onion and garlic until aromatic.
Preheat over to 375°F. Line a parchment paper to the bottom of the springform pan. Line a 7 inches springform pan with bacon
Mix ground beef, cooked quinoa, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Put the meatloaf mixture into the bacon lined springform pan. Press the mixture into the pan.
Fold overhanging bacon over the top of the springform pan.
Bake meatloaf for an hour, then remove the outside rim. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
