Mix the ribs with the dry ingredients (garlic powder, sand ginger powder, turmeric powder, five spice powder, brown sugar and salt. Then add grated ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and egg. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
Coat the marinated ribs with cornstarch.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Air Fry the ribs for 6 minutes, flip them and cook for another 6 minutes.
