Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, spicy bake mix, soy sauce, five spice powder, dried ginger powder, sugar and sriracha for 30 minutes.
Dip both sides of the chicken in the cornstarch, then dip both sides into the egg and then coat both sides with pork panko.
Brush chicken with oil. Place in air fryer at 390°F for 7 minutes, then flip, brush the other side with oil. Cook for another 7 minutes.
