Abalone with Thai Sauce

Ingredients
2 frozen abalone
2 pieces of ginger
2 stalks of green onion
Sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp hot water
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp minced shallot
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 chili, minced
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
Clean abalone and remove meat from the shell
Bring water to boil, add ginger, green onion and abalone. Turn down the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Then put abalone into cold water. Thinly sliced the abalone
Mix sauce and pour it on top of the abalone.
