Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb spare ribs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp black bean, minced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate spare ribs with garlic, black bean, oyster sauce, sriracha, sugar, cornstarch and water for 30 minutes. Add sesame oil when the marinated spare ribs are ready to steam.
- Set the stove to the highest heat and boil the water. Once the water is boiled, place the bamboo steamer in a wok and steam for 20 minutes.
