Bone Marrow sounds hard to make but surprisingly this is very easy and quick to make.
Roasted Bone Marrow
Ingredients
- 2 beef bones with marrow
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 sprig mint, thinly chopped
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Place bones, cut side up on a baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, use a culinary torch to caramelize sugar on the bone marrows. Season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the bone marrow. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
