Oyster shooters
Ingredients
- 1 shot glass of sake
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- Few drops of sriracha
- 2 oysters
- 1 uni
- Few slices of lime
- 1 tbsp Ikura
Instructions
- Shuck oysters
- Add sake, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin and sriracha in a champagne flute.
- Add oysters, uni, lime and ikura into the champagne flute.
