Oven Baked Salmon Tortilla
Ingredients
- 4 Tortilla wraps
- ½ cup salmon (break apart the salmon)
- 8 eggs
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ cup brie, cubed
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350°F.
- Brush the non-stick pan with oil, arrange tortilla on the pan. Add tomato, salmon, red onion, brie and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the eggs set.
