This dish is easy for lunch or a quick dinner, it can be prepared in advance to be eaten later.
The dashi broth adds to the flavor, and you can even switch out the noodles.
Homemade cup noodles
Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp hondashi
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp miso
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 200 g Yam Noodles cooked
- 2 tbsp carrot julienne
- 2 tbsp tofu cubed
- 2 tbsp celery thinly chopped
- 2 tbsp baby corn thinly sliced
- green onion
Instructions
- Get 2 cups jar ready to prepare for the cup noodles. Put hondashi, mirin, sugar, miso and soy sauce in the bottom of the jar.
- Then add yam noodle, carrot, tofu, celery, baby corn. Cover the lid. Shake it and add hot water.
