Tips to make the Dalgona.
- Have all the tools prepared (pan, sugar, baking soda, chopstick, silicone mat, cookie cutter, baking sheet). The sugar could burn fast, so I keep the pan away from the heat sometimes.
- I also turn off the heat before I add the baking soda because it could burn on the bottom.
- Once the mixture is ready, pour it to the silicone mat right away.
Squid Game Cookie (Dalgona)
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- Pinches Baking soda
Instructions
- Melt sugar in a small pan and stir constantly. I keep the pan on and off the heat because I don’t want to burn the sugar.
- Turn off the heat and add pinches of baking soda into the melted sugar. Stir until the baking soda is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture onto a silicone mat
- Let it cool down a little bit and stamp with a cookie cutter.
