This mildly sweet strawberry has a balanced richness from the Mascarpone cheese and freshness from the strawberry. The semisweet chocolate delivers a tasteful sweetness.
Tip:
Make sure dry your strawberries very well, otherwise the chocolate will not stick.
What to do if you don’t have a double boiler?
You will need a metal or glass bowl and a pot Fill the pot with two inches of water. Place the bowl on top of a pot. Place them on a stove and start heating the water.
Don’t let your bowl touch the water as it might end up with thick and lumpy chocolate.
