Chicken Pita Wrap
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thigh, diced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 small cucumber, julienne
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Greek Salad
- 3 cups tomato
- 3 cups bell pepper
- 3 cups cucumber
- 1/2 tbsp dry oregano
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Cut chicken thigh into small cubes.
- Marinate chicken with oregano, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Once they are mixed, add olive oil. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Pan fried chicken until golden brown or until internal temperature reaches 155ºF.
