This recipe is inspired by one of the recipes from food network. This dish is an amazing brunch option and has ingredients of a classic breakfast in a single pie
Breakfast Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 package bacon
- 1 package prerolled pastry
- 12 eggs
- 4 pieces ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1.5 cup cream
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Arrange bacon into a weaving pattern.
- Line a square pan with parchment paper. Roll puff pastry into the square pan. Wisk the eggs, cream, ham, cilantro, cheese and hot sauce together. Pour into the puff pastry shell.
- Line weaved bacon in a baking tray. Bake bacon and puff pastry with eggs for 20 minutes.
- Then lift the bacon and put in on top of the eggs. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the center is completely set. Rest for 10 minutes and serve.
