Air Fryer Dry Ribs

A healthy crunchy snack to enjoy at home with simple ingredients, it’s easy to scale down fro an individual meal or a dinner party snack.

Air Fryer Dry Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sand ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch for coating

Instructions
 

  • Cut the ribs into single pieces.
  • Mix the ribs with the dry ingredients (garlic powder, sand ginger powder, turmeric powder, five spice powder, brown sugar and salt.  Then add grated ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and egg.  Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Coat the marinated ribs with cornstarch.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.  Air Fry the ribs for 6 minutes, flip them and cook for another 6 minutes.
