A tasty and flavorful fried chicken with amazing tasting pork panko made from pork rinds. The fried chicken is really crispy as well.
Air Fried Crispy Chicken with Pork Panko
Ingredients
- 6 pieces boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tsp spicy bake mix 鹽焗雞粉
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 1 tsp dried ginger powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 cup corn starch
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pork rinds
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, spicy bake mix, soy sauce, five spice powder, dried ginger powder, sugar and sriracha for 30 minutes.
- Dip both sides of the chicken in the cornstarch, then dip both sides into the egg and then coat both sides with pork panko.
- Brush chicken with oil. Place in air fryer at 390°F for 7 minutes, then flip, brush the other side with oil. Cook for another 7 minutes.
