Abalone with Thai Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 frozen abalone
- 2 pieces of ginger
- 2 stalks of green onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp minced shallot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 chili, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Clean abalone and remove meat from the shell
- Bring water to boil, add ginger, green onion and abalone. Turn down the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Then put abalone into cold water. Thinly sliced the abalone
- Mix sauce and pour it on top of the abalone.
