Air Fried Crispy Chicken with Pork Panko

A tasty and flavorful fried chicken with amazing tasting pork panko made from pork rinds. The fried chicken is really crispy as well.

Air Fried Crispy Chicken with Pork Panko

Ingredients
  

  • 6 pieces boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp spicy bake mix 鹽焗雞粉
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp five spice powder
  • 1 tsp dried ginger powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pork rinds

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with garlic, ginger, spicy bake mix, soy sauce, five spice powder, dried ginger powder, sugar and sriracha for 30 minutes.
  • Dip both sides of the chicken in the cornstarch, then dip both sides into the egg and then coat both sides with  pork panko.
  • Brush chicken with oil.  Place in air fryer at 390°F for 7 minutes, then flip, brush the other side with oil.  Cook for another 7 minutes.
