Sweet Potato Starch Noodles with Prawns

mixed in one bowl with the incorporation of western and modern elements in the dish. The true
highlight of this dish is the tasty sauce, when all the sauce has been absorbed, it brings the chewy noodles to a different level.

Sweet Potato Starch Noodles with Prawns

Ingredients
  

  • 340 grams sweet potato starch noodles
  • 2 slices bacon cut into small peices
  • 10 prawns
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cups cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Sauce

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp black soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp siracha

Instructions
 

  • Soak noodles in water for 10 minutes.
  • Pan fry bacon, add prawns, ginger, garlic, ground pepper, black soy sauce, sesame oil.
  • Remove the prawns and save them for later.
  • Place noodles over the top and add all soup ingredients. Mix well and boil for 12 more minutes.
  • Add the prawns back. Mix it with cilantro and sesame oil.
