Pulled Pork Sandwich & Coleslaw

This dish is classic BBQ, pulled pork is great to share among friends and family. This dish can
be scaled up for larger events, the coleslaw adds balance to the fatty pork. You can use it
in burgers or just eat the flavourful pulled pork by itself.

Ingredients
  

coleslaw

  • 1/4 red cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 green cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 2 tbsp sesame

dressing

  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 orange juiced
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all vegetables in a big bowl and toss to mix.
  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Add half of the dressing to the vegetables and mix. Then add the remaining dressing.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Boneless pork shoulders
  • 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cover the pork shoulders with yellow mustard and season with salt and pepper.
  • BBQ in a smoker for 11 hours at 250F.
  • Wrap in foil and rest for 2 hours in a cooler.
  • Then use two forks to shred the meat.
