Pan-Fried Pork Belly
Ingredients
- 300 grams sliced pork belly
- Vermicelli
- Perilla leave
Marinade
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Marinate sliced pork with ginger, salt and sake.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté pork. Remove the pork. Add sauce.
- Serve with vermicelli, perilla leaves and sauce.
