Panna Cotta

A great little dessert to put a smile on anybody’s face. A tasty pudding like treat giving pandan flavor to your treat for the day.

Panna Cotta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet gelatin powder 
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 3 drops pandan extract

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle gelatin powder with 3 tbsp of water.
  • Add cream, milk and sugar to a pan and bring it to boil.
  • Add gelatin mixture and pandan extract into the boiling cream, cook and stir for 1 minute or until completely dissolved.
  • Pour cream mixture into 4 ramekins.  Leave to cool, when cooled, cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until set.
  • To remove panna cotta from ramekin, dip ramekin into hot water for 5 seconds.  Invert onto a plate.  Carefully remove the ramekin.
