Squid and Broccoli with Honey Mustard Sauce
Easy and delicious seafood salad
Ingredients
- I package frozen carved squid (300g)
- 10 broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Blanch squid with a pot of hot water. Remove once the squid is opaque white. Rinse with hot water. Drain and pat dry.
- Blanch broccoli with a pot of hot water (around 2 minutes). Remove broccoli and place in the ice bath to stop cooking. Drain and set side
- Mix sauce together. Pour sauce into the squid and broccoli. Mix well and refrigerate.
