This sauce matches the perogies well and adds a tasty and playful kick.
Spicy chicken perogies bowl
Ingredients
- 1 package of perogies (12 pieces)
- 300g of chicken thigh, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
Sauce for chicken
- 1 tbsp red hot seasoning powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sugar
Sauce
- 1 cup of sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp sriracha
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix sauces and set aside.
- Drizzle oil and brown chicken, then add onion and mixed vegetables into the pan. Cook for few minutes. Add sauce and set it aside.
- Boil perogies for 4 minutes and remove from water. Pat dry. Add oil and perogies to a pan, cook until they are golden brown.
- Add chicken mixture to the pan and cook for couple minutes.
- Serve with sauce
