This sauce matches the perogies well and adds a tasty and playful kick.

Spicy chicken perogies bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of perogies (12 pieces)
  • 300g of chicken thigh, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

Sauce for chicken

  • 1 tbsp red hot seasoning powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sugar

Sauce

  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp sriracha
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.  Mix sauces and set aside.
  • Drizzle oil and brown chicken, then add onion and mixed vegetables into the pan.  Cook for few minutes.  Add sauce and set it aside.
  • Boil perogies for 4 minutes and remove from water.  Pat dry.  Add oil and perogies to a pan, cook until they are golden brown.
  • Add chicken mixture to the pan and cook for couple minutes.
  • Serve with sauce
