How to make soft boiled eggs
Bring water to boil over high heat. Add an egg once the water is boiling. Boil the egg for 5 minutes. Remove egg and put it in the cold water. Peel the top part of the egg and put Ikura and uni on top. P.S. I have tried 3 minutes and the egg is totally unset.
