If you don’t know what to cook tonight, this receipt is made for you. Ahi Tuna is generally served rare inside. And I like my tuna quite rare too, so a minute per side is good enough.
Seared Ahi Tuna with Sesame sauce
Ingredients
- Ahi Tuna
Sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp hot water
Notes
Allow Ahi tuna to rest a room temperature. Season ahi tuna with salt and pepper. Pan fried at high heat for 1 minute each side. Mix sauce and serve.
