Pasta skewers

Check out these pasta skewers, they are super easy to create and fun to eat.  I am using Maui Glaze in this recipe which gives an explosion of tropical tastes. There is no meat in this recipe as well!

Pasta Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of pasta (Rigatoni)
  • 3 tbsp Maui Glaze
  • 5 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 3 tbsp sesame seed

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta according to the instructions.  Drain pasta.
  • Place 5 rigatoni through each wooden skewer.  Arrange them on a lined baking tray. 
  • Brush with Maui Glaze, sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano and sesame seed. 
  • Broil at 500°F for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
