Air fried corn on the cob

This tasty corn works well as a side dish or appetizer, featuring a sweet and spicy mix to appease hungry guests in 20 minutes. The deep flavors come from the butter and garlic which boost the chili powder and cilantro.

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ears corn
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt 
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an air fryer to 390°F
  • Spray corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the corn in the basket.  Cook in the air fryer at 390°F for 15 minutes.  Turn over halfway through.  
  • Microwave butter and garlic for 30 seconds.  Brush mixture over corn.  Sprinkle with chili powder and cilantro.
