Easy dinner prep – Baked Salmon

This dish is so easy to make. Healthy simple baked salmon to enjoy during dinner or lunch at work, you can add rice, potatoes or any other carb on the side!

Easy dinner prep – Baked Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 lemon slice
  • 8 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Optional

  • Green bean
  • Mushroom

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 400ºF.
  • Place 1 portion of salmon in the middle of the foil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Brush with 2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce, add green bean, mushroom and lemon slices.
  • Fold up the edges of the foil to create a packet.
  • Bake at 400ºF for 12 to 15 minutes.
