Squid and Broccoli with Honey Mustard Sauce

Easy and delicious seafood salad 

Ingredients
  

  • I package frozen carved squid (300g)
  • 10 broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts 

sauce

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Blanch squid with a pot of hot water.  Remove once the squid is opaque white.  Rinse with hot water.  Drain and pat dry.
  • Blanch broccoli with a pot of hot water (around 2 minutes).  Remove broccoli and place in the ice bath to stop cooking.  Drain and set side
  • Mix sauce together.  Pour sauce into the squid and broccoli.  Mix well and refrigerate.
