Egg Muffins

A great breakfast food along with your toast, it can be made in advance for urgent situations, so you don’t need to cook breakfast. 

Egg Muffins

Ingredients
  

Ingredients for 6 egg muffins

  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese 
  • ½ tbsp sriracha
  • ½ cup ham, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350°F.  
  • Whisk the eggs, milk and sriracha.  Season with salt and pepper.  Fill the silicone muffin cups with egg mixture.  Then divide cheese, ham, and green onion among muffin cups.  You can top up with more cheese if you like. 
  • Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
